Spring/Summer Care: Prune any dead wood out in spring after first foliage flush.
Autumn/Winter Care: Thin out if needed.
Fertilizer Needs: Apply a slow-release fertilizer in spring and again in summer. There are also a number of fertilizers tailored for Roses, most of which will work perfectly fine.
